The standard timeline for custom-made dresses is a minimum of 4 weeks.

Yes. A 50% deposit is required before any custom-made dress begins. Work will not start without a deposit.

No. The professional design and drawing fee is $300.
The drawing is completed within 7 days and can be delivered remotely.
If you proceed with the dress, this fee is applied toward the final price. -
Evening gowns start from $800.
Latin ballroom dresses start from $2,500 and can go up to $7,000, depending on design details and the amount of rhinestones used. -
The remaining balance must be paid in full at the time of dress pickup.

Yes, but any changes to the design, length, or details after work has started will result in additional charges.

Yes. We handle complex alterations and can redesign older dresses into new designs

Standard alteration time is 7 to 14 days.

Yes. Custom-made dresses are eligible for store credit only.
Store credit can be used toward creating another dress. No refunds. -

• 2-day express alterations are available for an additional 40%.
• Overnight or same-day work is available for an additional 70%. -
Yes. Orders requested earlier than 4 weeks are considered rush orders.
Rush orders are charged an additional 20% for each week earlier.
